Greenlight’s mission is to empower entrepreneurs and investors by improving efficiency in capital markets. The company’s objective is to identify various investment opportunities and assist entrepreneurs in raising capital to fund their entrepreneurial dreams. Recent changes in federal securities laws will open investment opportunities to a whole new class of investors and entrepreneurs and Greenlight is providing a bridge bringing these two groups together.
